I always prefer Lace Top Thigh Highs. They really compliment freshly shaved legs and look so nice with a cute short skirt or dress. Add a one or two layer petticoat to a wide Skater Dress and you will look amazing.
I do not have small thighs and these worked great. Just what I was looking for.
I love how they fit...they go all the way to the tops of my thighs which I prefer.
